Additionally, the Data Controller processes the subject of the inquiry and the message provided in the contact form; however, these qualify as personal data only if the identity of a natural person can be clearly identified based on the the subject of the inquiry or the message provided.

If the contact leads to concluding of a legal services aggreement, the legal basis for data processing changes from consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and further processing of the data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the legal services agreement. In such cases, the data subject will receive separate information regarding further data processing.
