Personal data provided during contact will be processed by the Data Controller until the contact process is concluded.

If the contact leads to concluding of a legal services aggreement, the legal basis for data processing changes from consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and further processing of the data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the legal services agreement.
